Yes and despite misleading information on their Immigration site, you can not use their ESTA process if you have to answer YES to the "have you ever been convicted" question. Save the $20 and go straight to filing the regular tourist visa application. It will take about three weeks if you meet the good character requirements listed on the immi site.Comment
