Cannot log back in to the OCI site

I have a valid PIO card. I completed both part A and part B of the OCI application form, but have not uploaded the documents yet. I went to the document upload page to check what documents are needed but there was no way to get back to the previous page. Now can neither get into the site with the originial temp ID nor with the Web file ID that starts with USAS0. The "upload documents" is not working for me. Any suggestions on how I can get back to finish the application?

To Reply on this - Go to site https://passport.gov.in/oci/welcome
and there Select the tab OCI Document Upload/Re=Upload


There it will ask about the Passport and Registration number ( reg number you might have received in your email) or if not try forgot reg number.
