Approved LC and I140 yet to be filed, company takeover scenario
Hello Friends,
My LC is approved and my I140 yet to be filed. Our company is being acquired by another company (not officially completed). Should my company wait till takeover process is complete or can my current company go ahead and file my I140 with approved LC? I have less time (< 6 months) left over in my current H1.
