Help! I got pulled for an Perm Audit

Hello,
I am new to this Forum and need help.
Sadly I got pulled for the Perm Audit and they are working on Mai cases ( me) right now. Does anyone know when I could hear something from them? Also I had to leave the USA cause of my Visa and waiting in Germany (Q1 Visa). Can I visit the USA now while I am waiting for my approval?
