i 20 is terminated. what to do?

My Undergrad I-20 got terminated 3 months ago while i was in a college in USA.applied to a grad school here with my undergrad degree from back home. got an initial I20 from the grad school . they asked me to leave USA, get new visa and re-enter USA. I am from Bangladesh. IS it safe to leave or too risky to get new visa considering my I-20 was terminated before? what to do?

There never is any certainty when applying for a non-immigrant visa. But, if you don't qualify for reinstatement (which has an even higher hurdle to overcome), it is not like you have a choice, do you?
