Travel in and out of U.S. on B2 visa while I-130 is processing

Hope somebody can help with my question.

I married my wife in Europe. Now I would like to file the I-130 petition for her. I would like her to visit me in U.S. while we wait processing of the I-130.

If I file I-130 for U.S. processing, can my spouse still travel in and out of U.S. on the B2 visa that she already has?
If I file I-130 for consular processing at her home country, can my spouse still travel in and out of U.S. on the B2 visa that she already has?
