Will i get B2 Visa again after its cancelled

Hi, I got B2 tourist visa sponsored by my brother in law in 2013. After that I got married to green card holder in US and we decided to maintain our status as it is to see how our marriage relationship goes. So, he did not file petition for me. I travelled to US by B2 visa 3 times and my daughter was born in US which had to be early delivery unexpectedly. Me and my husband are divorced legally now. My daughter is with my Ex husband in US as he is a primary guardian. My tourist visa cancelled at the port of entry with the charge of intent of immigration last month when I attempted to visit my daughter for her 3rd birthday. Will I get tourist visa again for my child visitation and my ex husband is ready to sponsor as he is not ready to come to India.
