    Change of status and H1B eligibility

    Hi,

    I was on L1A visa from May 2013 to Dec 2015 and immediately moved to H4 EAD. If I apply for a H1 B VISA for 2018 , if lottery picks me, will I get a 6 yrs H1 Visa or will they consider my stay from 2013 and will grant me VISA only until 2019 ?
