Hi,
I work for employer A, I went to US on November 2011 on L1B . After completing 5 years on L1B they filed for my H1 while I was in US during the 5th year of L1B. My H1 got picked up and I got 1 year valid petition. I continued to stay for 1 more year and returned in December 2017 as I completed 6 years of maximum stay. My question is what options do I have now, can my employer A extend the same petition as it is of 2016 or do I have to go for a different visa or fresh petition
