  • J1 Waiver based on NOS - taking to long

    Hi Everyone,

I applied for the J1 Waiver Based on No Objection Statement in August 31 2017.
They received my No Objection Statement in September, 14 2017.
I noticed that they lost my passport data, so I sent it again and they received it in November, 27 2017.
    The status is still pending.
Is there anything I can/should do about it? (I already emailed them, no answer)

Is your case still with the department of state?

Did you apply waiver through exceptional hardship?
