I have applied h4 to f1 cos on Jan 11 2018 at the vermount center.according to the web searches I found it is taking a lot of time even as long as 10 months.My i94 is expiring on 30th June.
My question is could I stay after that and wait for the decision?if I face a denial after my I94 expires can I go for stamping back in my homeland?
