H1B Visa Issue
Hello Everyone,
I am fulltime employee of IT staffing company and work for different client at client location. I got approved H1B in 2017 without RFE and came to India for stamping. But in the meantime my project got scraped and I am struck here in India. My employer says I can't go for stamping and neither can't go to USA unless I get new project. Please help to know my options to go back to USA. I appreciate for your comments.
