Advice re APPLICATION OF TN STATUS

Good day everyone.

My wife already has a job offer in California. We will be applying at toronto pearson airport for TN and TD. We have a property and I have a full time job in here Ontario Canada . We are planning to sell our house and resign my job. Please need advice on how to properly manage our situation.
