case received at my local office - help required

Hi

My timelines as follows

EB1C I 140 applied July 10th 2017
I485 / I765 applied on October 4th 2017
Fingerprinting on November 9th 2017
I 140 approved on November 14th 2017
Case transferred to another office on January 3rd 2018
EAD / AP approved on January 5th 2018
Case received at my local office on January 9th 2018
It stays like this from 9th January.

or other , I am seeing case sent to another office which has jurisdiction within one or 2 days after "Case received at my local office"

Not sure my case is stuck or if it is normal. Please help with comments

on 02/13/18 we got an update 'case is received at my local office". next day another notification "case is transferred and new office has jurisdiction" i dont know what is going on. please keep updating.

My case status changed to "Case Trans.. to another office" on March 8, then on March 9th it further changed to "Case trans. to another office has Jurisd.."

Applied for 1485, AP, EAD on Oct 12, still waiting for AP, EAD,

Anyone has any idea how EB1 cases will go across retrogression phase? will their be any interviews?
