Hi Everyone,
I'm an F-1 student who recently received my Employment Authorization Document (EAD) for post completion OPT. My name on my I-20 and passport are:
First(Given Name) : AAA BBB
Last Name : CCC
Both my passport and my I-20 don't have a section for a middle name. As a result, BBB is included in the first/given name section of my passport and I-20.
While applying for my EAD card, I followed an instruction video from my university that told us that we should leave the middle name field blank. As a result I did not include my middle name on my I-765 and my EAD now has:
Last Name : CCC
Given Name : AAA
While I realize it's my fault and I should have included BBB in the given name section, I'm in India right now and I have a job that starts on 26th February. Is there a chance that I would be denied entry to the United States because of a small accidental omission? I have every other document in place : passport, I-20, job offer letter etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
