    I filed i-130 in March 2016 and have a PD of 05/2016 -- Not sure if my PD will be that one still, i am hoping it will because i need my EAD ASAP.
    I am married to a USC, 5 year now and we have 2 kids also USC - one born abroad and one here. I am on F1-OPT, but will expire in July. I am filing without a lawyer, we did the same with i-130 and we didn't have issues so hoping for that too.
    Here is my timeline:
    02/23 --> Mailed packaged
    02/26 --> Package received
    03/02--> My debit card was charged ( hope this means i'll get case numbers soon!)
    Filing from: Seattle,WA
    I'll post updates as they come.

Explain them that it has been more than 10 days and you haven't heard anything. They will ask for your A-number(so have it ready). Once they will confirm the information, if they are not able to find your info in the system, they will patch you through to Tier 2 (someone with more info) officer. Tier 2 officer can provide you your case numbers.

      I got my case numbers using the above mentioned process. I also got my checks cashed today.

      GL!
      Thanks for the reply but my question is, is it possible that I already have a case number when my checks haven?t been withdrawn yet? My debit card still shows no activity from the USCIS

        I am not certain about it but would still advise to call and check with USCIS. Every other person has a unique case so its best to ask USCIS.

            Alright thanks a lot. I called yesterday and it turns out I sent the wrong fee for the I-130 so it?s being sent back to me. The lady says if I don?t recieve it within 30 days then I should call back but I really hope it doesn?t get up to 30 days.

                I?ve not heard anything back from USCIS, it?s been roughly two weeks my package delivered. My debit card hasn?t shown that the checks have been cashed and I?ve not gotten a receipt number or anything in my email. I?m really freaking out. I?ve tried to call the USCIS line but I?m not able to contact them because I don?t have a receipt number.
                What fees did you sent in? and you should sign up for informed delivery

                      Hey all, when an application is rejected does the USCIS return the whole package you sent them? Or do they just send back a rejection notice? I just got a rejection notice because of a wrong payment amount. Should I wait to recieve the whole package back?

                          No e-notification/text yet, any idea on why it might be taking so long to get a notification? I've noticed others getting theirs within a few days.

                                Concurrent filling i-130 i-485 i-765- february msc office no lawyer

                                Hello

                                just sharing my experience as this is helpful:
                                Married to USC, entered with B2 visa

                                Documents sent from Ohio, 797 were sent from MSC office
                                sent on: 2/5/2018
                                delivered on:2/7/2018
                                PD: 2/7/2018
                                checks were cashed on 2/15
                                Receipt confirmed by text and email for the 3 forms on: 2/16
                                received 3 letters confirming receipt on: 2/23
                                the letter for i-485 stated another letter would come in with biometrics appointment
                                bio appointment letter received on: 2/24
                                appointment date: 3/5

                                I think the next step is just wait for an update on I-765 regarding EAD, hoping this wont be more than a couple of months
