Thanks fdb2171 .. the interview did not last more than 20 min. I was scheduled for 8 am, I arrived at 7:30 am and I was the first one to be called at exactly 8am. the officer was very pleasant. I took the oath and verified my fingerprints.
when I set down she asked for my passport, Driver's license, social security card and EAD card.
she explained she would go over on every question of the I-485 form. from my name thru the last question of the eligibility questionary Yes/No answered. she went really fast. She requested the latest I-94 as listed on my application to now I went back to Brazil to renew my L1-A. she also requested my W2 and the last 2 paystubs, she mentioned I did not a new medical even tho it was over a year old but done within 90 days of the submission, she explained the site was very confusing, but I had got a new one done and she looked at it anyways.
She asked me to describe my job. when I finished she smiles and said there was visa available and I would be approved once she ran my background check again in the afternoon, she said she saw the background from my L1-A renew was done a month ago and was all cleared but wanted to make sure no issues has happened since. but she was confident she would approve in the afternoon. she handed back my passport, SS, EAD and DL as she escorted me to the door and congratulated me. I was at dinner with friends when my phone buzzed showing the updated to card being produced.
