Hello All,
I read through and don't think this question has been answered yet,
I am sponsored on an E3 visa, and my spouse has applied for authority to work (3 months ago now)
we are already living in the USA and just got notice that the authority is going to take another 4 to 6 months to be assessed
what is the best move for my wife to get authority to work?
it would obviously be harder to find an employer who is windmilling to sponsor her on an independent E3 visa
my employer has offered to sponsor her as an employee to get an E3 visa but, at $0 PA salary, and then she would be able to transfer that visa to her new employer?
any help or advice is greatly appreciated, we are sick of waiting around for this authority form
