Autistic son of I-130 beneficiary father.

Sorry if I'm posting my question at wrong place. I'm not very good at it.

I'm a british citizen (married f3 category). My US Citizen father filed I-130 in 2011 and my son was born in 2012.
My father had updated USCIS with all the required documents.

In 2015 my son was diagnosed with sever autism. He is nonverbal and attends special needs school.
I have been told that he can be refused visa/entery to US because of his learning disablity.

I know our visa is not due till 2022 , 2023 but I was wondering if anyone has same exprience and/or can share some
information regarding my situation?
