Visitor visa for brother quit his job how to show strong ties?

I am planning to apply visitor visa for my parents and brother(sibling, 32 single). My brother quit his job recently. I am not sure how i can show strong ties of him to home country. Kindly advise how can i proceed and apply for my parents & brother together.

Does your parents & brother applying together?

This will show that even you parents don't have strong ties back in India (since your brother will also be travelling).

Better let them go one-by-one.
