Applying EAD through i485 or STEM extension?

I am currently on OPT, which expires on June 11, 2018. My i-130 priority date (April 3, 2017) is current for March 2018. I was thinking about applying for i485 along with i765 (EAD) and i131 (Advanced Parole). I have the option to get my EAD renewed through STEM extension as well. In my case, if I were to renew my EAD through STEM extension, would it get cancelled after the USCIS receive my AOS package since they would issue a new unrestricted EAD based on i-765 sent along with it?
