Hi, My sevis record for terminated.
I was initially graduating in fall, and applied for opt, but my graduation date got extended to spring 2018. I got enrollment waiver from school for spring 2018. I defended my dissertation in January and currently am in communication with grad school for dissertation submission. The school kept paying me. I didnt sign any new paperwork. But now it was over 3 months since i applied for opt and I got a job offer. I went to talk to international office regarding the possible cause of delay of ead card and mentioned in passing that I am still getting paid by school. My record was terminated by international office within couple of hours although my graduate advisers were paying me with school authorization. What is your advise in this matter and what to do and what evidence to attach with reinstatement application?
