I received my L2 EAD car on March 8, 2018 - 137 days
USCIS received data Oct 24th
Raised 3 service tickets.
Sr1 on 75th day -> no response
Sr2 on 90th day -> response from uscis stating that case is in queue for processing
Sr3 on 130th day -> response from uscis stating that officer has been assigned
Contacted congressman on 127th day
Contacted ombudsman on 130th day
Both of them replied back and only after that I got response from USCIS. This is my opinion.
Went to infopass appointment on 136th day. This did not help at all.
On March 5th I got Name was updated status and March 8th got the physical EAD card.
