L1b extension

Hi all,

My L1B visa expiry 20FEB2019
I-94 expiry 31JAN2018
Petition end date 31JAN2018

So applied for L1B extension on Jan 20th 2018 for next 3 years, here my question is I got only 2 years L1B stay initially per my petition, Are there chances of accepting my case at least up to visa expiry(20FEB2019) which generally L1B is initially for 3 years.

Till now I did not get any RFE.
