I am working on L2B EAD, which will expire in March 2019 and can be extended further for 3 more years.
My employer is ready to sponsor H1B for me this year. I am confused to proceed or not
What are pro and cons of H1B over L2 EAD? ( Apart from my status will be independent)
Also If I switch to H1B and my husband's employer later decide to file green card for him, will I also eligible for same?
What If I apply and wait for the lottery result and withdraw my application If I get into the lottery? ( I mean I can later apply for cap-exempt category)
