Business visa B1 rejected in kolkata

My visa has been rejected. PFB the transcript

ME :- Good Morning Mam,
Vo :- Good morning .Why are you travelling to US.
ME :- I will be travelling to US to participate in business meetings and discussions with business stake holders from different vertical and domain to discuss about the new business process model ,business solution and challenges ,project assesment , requirement gathering
VO :- Which company your working for ?
ME :- Accenture
VO :- How much experience you are having in IT sector.
Me :- Going to complete 5 years in this April.
VO :- What is your current experience in Accenture .
Me :- Going to complete 1 year in April.
Vo :- For how many days you are going ?
Me :- 14 days
VO :- Are you married ?
Me :- No , going to get engaged in may.
Vo :- What countries you have travelled ?
Me :- This will be my first onsite travel.
Vo :- Sorry , you don?t qualify for Business visa.Gave 214 b form.

I also had similar interview and rejected in Delhi,

Me: Sure! and handed over the passport
VO: What is the purpose of your visit?
Me: To attend the training program organized by M/s *** & it is sponsored by my company M/s ****
VO: How much experience do you hold?
Me: Eight and a half years
VO: What is your monthly salary?
Me: 85000 per month
VO: Briefly explain your work profile
Me: I am working as **** & I am responsible for **** **
VO: Why you haven't travelled anywhere before?
Me: I didn't get any opportunity from my company earlier. This is the first time I have been nominated for such kind of training.
VO: Sorry! you do not fit for kind of Visa you applied as per the US law here is the details of US laws & reason for your rejection. Handed over the 214(b) form

Its totally dependent on luck you have that day and interviewing officer you got, as there is no good reason for my rejection. I work with government of India undertaking company, I had invitation letter from US company & employment cum finance letter from my company too.

It not luck. There is surely something wrong with your application or profile.

1. IMHO, 85K per month for an 8.5 yrs experience is too less.
2. You answer to "Why haven't you traveled before" seems, your company is just sending everyone one by one - trying to fool US consulate.
