my perm is still pending , but i heard that the employer got an audit for an application
my question is
does that affect my application , or it is case by case basis i mean cases may be chosen for audit . the others not
if one applications chosen for audit . do we have opportunity to be certified ?

The DOL will audit some applications seemingly at random, so an audit isn't necessarily a cause for concern. There are times when the audit rate is high and times when it's low. As long as your employer did not make a mistake in recruitment and did not unlawfully disqualify U.S. workers, an audited application should eventually be certified.
