Travel during I 539 extension in progress

My aunt I 539 is in pending.can she travel to Bahamas via cruise & come back into US without issue?
Will a new I 94 will be given upon arrival in US after the cruise ?
Will she face any issue even when Traveling by ship?

Yes, she can go to Bahamas in cruise and come back.

No new I-94.
