Dear All,
I am travelling with my wife on a J2 visa.
I already have an SSN from several years back but for my wife this is her first visit.
I intend to stay with her for a couple of weeks, apply for an EAD and return to my home country. Once the EAD status changes, i plan to travel back to the US.
Is there any concern with the above arrangement that i should consider ?
Please share your experiences.
