B1 Visa rejected twice in 2 months can i apply third time how much time should i take

Hi ,
I have applied 4march2018 my B1 visa from Dubai which got rejected under 214b And then my compony again applied(23 may interviw date) which also got rejected .Second time interviewer didnot ask much question i am not sure what went wrong may ber first time i have applied from out of india
