2nd time RFE for I-485

Hi,

Has anyone got the 2nd request for evidence? I received a text message today from USCIS.

I got 1st RFE four months ago and then sent the further support documents of i864. I am not sure what they are asking for this time. The mail is still on the road.

Last time, we sent the tax transcript, w2 and our bank statements. My sponsor's income was not enough. So we add the SSDI part and sent the materials too. If they are asking for the same thing, what shall we do?

It is the same request for the affidavit of support. My sponsor's income of 2017, SSDI + salary, is over the poverty line. Her income of 2016 and 2015 only consist SSDI. But, if plus my bank checking account, they should be okay.

We have consulted with immigrant lawyer, who said it should be fine. Why did the uscis said she still does not meet the requirement the second time? I am totally confused.

Can I get a explanation from USCIS or have to get a joint-sponsor?
