Consulate Interview or NVC Processing
Hi all,
I just wanted to know whether my case ( follow to join) would be sent to my choice of consulate directly or to the NVC for futher processing!
My case has been approved from USCIS, we got the i-797 on MAy 10 2018, but we dont have an intimation via email or post till now. My parents did the AOS and got their green card a few weeks back. Ours was an employment based immigration (EB3) and we did a concurrent filing I 485 and I 824. I 824 has been approved , but i just wanted to know whether my case would be next go through NVC for consular processing or straight for an interview at the consulate.
Kindly request experienced members to throw some light on this.
