We are having issue because of one member who had her SEVIS terminated while in the US due to academic suspension and left US to go back to home country. Now she interviewed for immigrant VISA, will she get the immigrant VISA? Please private message me for more details or give information here. I heard immigrant visa and non-immigrant visa are not related. She is daughter of beneficiary and beneficiary got VISA issued. So we do not have much time until medical expires, so please help
