I am filing I-130's for my spouse and stepchild, whom I have also adopted.
Part 1 Block 2 asks about the relationship, I would like to say "stepchild" since I do not have two years of custody yet.
My wife is worried about this since her official documents lists me as the "adoptive father" not stepfather.
Would I still be able file using "stepchild"?
It seems right, but I just would like to check first and not violate any rules.
