  • Another question when filling out I-130

I am the petitioner spouse who is filling out I-130 for my wife. She has no children.

In section 4, where it is asking for Information about beneficiary's family, it says "Provide information about the beneficiary's spouse and children". In some cases I found that if no children, it is suggested to fill NA in all Person 1 to Person 5. However I believe the "Person 1" should be filled with my (Spouse's) name as the heading clearly says "Spouse and children".

Please let me know if my understanding is correct. Thanks in advance!
