Hi ,
I am working in US on L1 B visa and it went for extension last month and now I got the RFE around specialized knowledge. My attorney has asked me to provide list of trainings I have done to obtain the knowledge that I have. and how my knowledge is helping the company.I am working with the company for more than 6 years now (3.5 years in India and remaining time in US).
I am really confuse know to answer these questions. Does listing down the trainings going to help in this case ? do I need to list down the projects on which I have worked and how those projects are helping business users. I am working in an In-House IT team of the company (Not working for the Client).
does anyone here got this RFE and got the approval from USCIS then please share your experience. I really need some hope here.
