I am currently residing in US. My L1B Blanket is going to expire on Oct 2018. My employer is ready to file my extension. I would like to know the below
1. L1B Blanket extension or L1B Individual? Which one is better? either case needs to attend the interview again?What is the success rate in both cases?
2. Premium or Normal ? Which one is better?
3. How many days I & my family can stay in US if my extension is rejected?
4. My Spouse is working on L2 and her EAD is valid until my Oct 2018(mine and her Visa expiry), can she continue to work with the Receipt number?
