I am on L-1B Visa and my company has been acquired.
Hi There,
I work for Company 'A' that is a subsidiary for Company 'B'. I got a L-1 B visa from Company 'B' under blanket approval while i work for it's subsidiary(Company 'A'). Recently, the company i work for(company A) has been sold to Company 'C'. What would be my status and possibilities here?
Expecting some suggestions here. Appreciate all help.
