I pulled up the i-765 from USCIS website. It has 02/28/2018 expiration date. Is it a problem? Is there a newer document out there? Thanks/

I filed my package at the beginning of March, thinking it might be a problem since i-765 expired... But it is freaking July now, and USCIS still hasn't updated their i-765 form..... it can't be our problem if anything occurs, RIGHT?

Sorry for the thread, I just phoned USCIS. It is still their latest document so it is ok to use it.

woohoo, get that new document guys as this will most certainly be another fine reason to deny your application.

Wow, but I filed 4 and a half months ago, should I still bother sending in a new form even there's no RFE?

Okay I called and spoke to a representative. They said if I didn't receive an RFE about the expired form then there's no need to send in a new one.
