F1 - CPT new rule
Hi,
I did my Masters in Arts (2010 -2012) - used my 1 year Opt as well.
H1b - 3 years (2013 - 2016) - Software engineer
H1b extension/transfer - denied in 2016 September.
Went back to India within a week and returned to USA on F1 visa , Masters in Computer Science (2017-2018). NO OPT as I have already used my OPT for my first masters.
My question is, according to new rules that come into effect from Aug 9. Will I be eligible to do another Masters level degree with NO CPT , and convert to H1b later on?
