Hello,
Due to some issues my lawyers did not get the Icert login from DOL, and we were left with the option of submitting the PERM application through regular mail. As a result I do not have a Case number that I look up online. In this case does anybody know if we get the acknowledgement receipt confirming application was received or we just need to wait for further communication. I am in a state of limbo as to how will I find out what the ETA / status is for the application. Would really appreciate comments from people in the know here. Thanks !!
