Filing for my son who's divorced and not remarried. Do I have to list his spouse information or leave it blank since not sponsoring his ex.

Filing for my son who's divorced and not remarried. Do I have to list his spouse information or leave it blank since not sponsoring his ex.

Well it would be a former spouse, but not a current spouse. So for #17 it would be 1 (assuming he hadn't been married before that marriage). For #18 it would be Divorced. For #19 and #20 put N/A. For #21-22 (spouse 1) list the information about the ex who he divorced.
