Is it Possible? Multiple Visa for Work and Marriage

Hey,

Just starting my research into marriage in America to a US citizen. I am a UK citizen.

I am often in the USA on a p1 and p3 visa. If i apply for a K1. Can I still continue to work in America and for my employers in america to process future working visa. Generally P Visas.

Example1: Working on a P3 visa for 1 year. in this period apply for a K1.

Example2. Apply for a K1, during this process i get a job offer in america and thenemployers want to process my P3 to work for them in a few months.

Hope someone can give me advice
