Need clarification about divorce
I am currently getting a divorce with my husband. The court here in my state said that they will not deal with my dowry or my lands in India (basically I won't get justice even though I gave me husband a lot of dowry and he used all that money to buy his lands) So 2 questions:
1. If I sign off on the divorce documents here can I still go to India and file a case there?
2. If the American court specified in the signed divorce documents that they did not take into consideration dowry and lands, can I go to India and fight the things that the American courts did not consider?
