They process the cases in the order received, more or less. They can?t discriminate against race, gender, education, etc. I see your package was delivered on 09/19, so we should have pretty much the same timelines, give or take a few days.
Your timelines may or may not be similar. They all pretty much look the same up until you reach the "Case is Ready To be scheduled for an interview" status. Beyond that, it's up to your field office.

I checked my bank app and I saw two pending charges from USCIS on September 28 (yesterday) for $535 and $1225. I did NOT receive any notifications via text or email even though I signed up for them.

Questions: 1. The fact that they processed the payments is a good sign, right? That means the applications are moving forward? 2. Given that they charged the credit card on a Friday is it possible to receive the texts/emails on Monday since it's weekend? Thanks!
RoC (I-751) Application, filed from Houston TX
10/24/2021 - USPS delivered the package in AZ
10/27/2021 - Text from USCIS with receipt number, check cashed. Assigned to the Texas Processing Center

INITIAL AOS from F-1, married to USC, filed in Seattle WA

09/24/2018 - Package delivered to PO Box (PD)
      10/22 - Early bio walk-in
11/15 - New card is being produced (I-765)
      11/26 - EAD combo & SS card
      01/13/2020 - Interview
01/23/2020 - Case Approved, Card Mailed.

This is a clear sign that your application is going forward. If you signed up for receiving emails, it should then come nearly simultaneously (if it did in our case) on next business day. I have seen many automatic case changes (from "Fingerprint Fees was received" to "Fingerprint Was Completed" during Sundays) as well.

So, as stupid as it sounds, I forgot to file I-765 with my I 485 and I 130. What should I do now? Should I wait for RFE or just go ahead and send them the form?
I sent my package on 9/27
          thanks

It happens. You will not get a RFE requesting the I-765 nor I-131. Both are interim benefits. Thus, you are not required to file them. Should you choose to file either or both, it would be best to wait for the I-485 pending I-797. And then send the I-765/I-131 attached to the I-797.

Thank you so much, that's my plan too since I really need and want to start working. It's just I came across a answer on avvo.com saying that it'd be useless to send additional documents since USCIS officers generally don't like that and whatever sent would just be lost in a blackhole.

USCIS officers don?t like receiving applications? That?s their job. I personally don?t like Avvo. Most of the answers are half-assed and contain ?talk to a lawyer for further assistance?. I think you should wait for the NOAs and use those receipt numbers to apply for the EAD and AP. Once you submit an application, it cannot just be ?lost in the blackhole?.

EDIT: I am sorry for this stupid glitch with the question marks. I do not know what is happening with my keyboard.

Does a walk-in for biometrics speed up the process a bit? I haven?t received my appointment yet but I live pretty close to the USCIS office and I can stop by any time. After I get the letter, can I just show up there?

                      20 days....

after 20 days I'm still waiting for the receipts and case number.

Saturday we found out that my wife is pregnant and now I'm more worried because I do not want to disturb her with these problems.

Were your checks cashed / credit card charged? Have you tried calling USCIS?

Money orders have not yet been cashed.

I called twice and they asked me to wait!

I called USCIS and the lady told me that only the AP has a receipt number available as of now and that it takes up to 10 days for all applications to be assigned a receipt number. They send out texts and emails once all applications/petitions have been assigned a receipt #. So I have my AP receipt # now but still waiting for the other 3.

I received 3 texts with 3 different receipt numbers however only one of them works on USCIS website (I-130). Not sure why the other two is not working (I485 and I765), it's been a week since I got them.

It says the receipt numbers are not in "my case status"
