Role change after approved I-140

Hi Experts,
I works for Employer A. I-140 got approved. If my role gets changed with the same employer A which is having partial skillset from the previous role and additional skillset for the new role. My Labor and I-140 and resume did not get updated with new set of skill set. What will happen when i file i-1485 since role changed and previous role is getting terminated / removed from employer. Do i need to start once again labor and i-140 ?. What will happen during the I-1485 interview ?.

You need to be in the same or similar position. What is similar is up to the immigration officer to decide.
