  • Is my B1 Visa Rejected twice because of my travel history?

    Hi,

Recently i have applied for B1 Visa and it was rejected twice in Hyderabad.

First attempt Hyderabad Oct 23rd 2018:

    VO: Hi Good Morning
    Me: Hi Good Morning.

VO: What kind of meetings you are going to attaend?
Me: I am going to attend product based training.

Vo: Who is going to take care of your training ?
    Me : **** ***

VO: Did you traveled outside india?
    Me: Yes

    VO: Which places?
    Me: Israel

VO: Sorry, Your VISA is not processed.

Second attempt on Dec 14th 2018:

    VO: Hi Sir, Good Morning.
ME: Hi Good Morning. How are you ?

VO: I am good sir. What is the purpose of your travel?
ME: I am going to attend product based training.

VO: Which company you are working for?
    Me: ****

    VO: What is your designation?
    Me: ****

VO: Can you explain about your training?
    Me: **** *

VO: Did you traveled outside India?
    Me: Yes

    VO: Where?
Me: Israel. It is two weeks of business travel with previous organization ***.

Continuously typing some time in system......

VO: Sorry Sir, as per us government law i can't process your VISA. Have a nice day.

Both the times interview ended with two questions regarding my previous travel. Is these rejections are because of my travel history?

    Additional info:
I have recently joined with current company.(4 months completed by Dec)
Travel duration mentioned in DS-160 is 2 weeks.
Traveled to Israel in 2016 and VISA stamp is there on passport.

I am planning to apply for third time. But i am thinking if this rejection is because of my travel history, there no use of applying multiple times.

    Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Its not only your visit to Israel, your other candidatures are also considered before giving you the visa.

Like your total work experience, your annual salary, type of training you are going to attend (is it worth having someone visit USA for that) etc. Try to evaluate yourself among all points to find out if you are eligible for visa or not - remember only you are the best person to evaluate your profile.
