First DWI in Texas. Need advice. On OPT.

Hi
I am in trouble as i got arrested for a DWI recently and am waiting for my court date to be set. I am currently on OPT and am very worried if this will affect my H1B processing?
Any advice would be very helpful.

Ofcourse, it will impact your H1B & any further visas. Go get a good attorney.
