  • Re-entry as Dual Citizen

So, I am currently a dual national (Britain and Ireland) and posess passports from both countries. During the AOS process, I informed USCIS that I was a dual natioanl, but did not have an Irish passport until just before my case was approved. I am curious, can I enter the U.S. on either passport with my green card?

Yes. In fact, you are not required to have a passport to enter the US if you have a green card.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
