Visitors Visa Renewal question

Hi,
My parents got Visitors visa (B1/B2) in March 2008 and it was expired in March 2018. Now i am planning to apply for renewal. Their original passport (which has VISA) was expired. Recently they got new passport. I am not sure they are eligible for drop box renewal program or not. Could anyone clarify me please ?

Also in first time VISA application i've selected FARMER, now i am not seeing that option in DS-160 form. Please let me know what i need select ?

They are still eligible for dropbox.
